PS modchip or bootdisk?

I have an old PS SCPH-1001. Should I go and buy a mod chip or the PS-Exchange bootdisk 2? How hard is it to install a modchip anyways?

Very easy on the psx. Go with the modchip.

THanks....I'm also considering the Mini Game Hunter/Enhancer ..cause i can boot backups and cheat too...the SCPH1001 has the parallel I/O port so I can plug in the Mini Game Hunter/Enhancer...Will I be able to play anti-mod games using the Mini Game Hunter/Enhancer ?

go with modchips, swapping disc gets really annoying after awhile

yeah get the dongle for the back.i got one off divineo.co.uk and i can watch vcds aswell as play backups.you cant do that with modchips!
