I just got a new ASUS A7V133 motherboard and a new AMD Duron 1.2GH chip. Here's the problem --
No matter how I set the jumpers, when I power up I get a beep, appr. 1 per second. This happens even if I leave the jumpers on default "jumper free" mode.
I've written ASUS cuz there is nothing in the manual that will help me, but I haven't heard anything from them. If you know what's causing the beep or where I can find a link to a pic of where the jumpers need to be I'd be really grateful. I've listed more specs below of the hardware I'm using with this combo
GEFORCE2 MX400 PCI
SOUNDBLASTER LIVE!
2-256MB RAM PC133
10 GIG FORMATTED HD
Thanks everyone.
