I upgraded from Easy CD Creator4 to Easy CD Creator Platinum5. In ordered to do that I had to uninstall the Easy CD Creator4. Now when I try to run Direct CD, I get" no supported drive". Everything else works fine. What should I do? Any advice would be welcome.:blockhd:

Get the latest update for EZCD Plat 5.x here http://www.roxio.com/en/support/roxio_support/ecdc/ecdc_software_updatesv5.html if you've not done so. It will also updates DCD as well.

Van Thanks for the tip. I downloaded the updates and loaded them up but still getting the same "no supported drive" I'm lost.:zombie:
