back up pc games help

can anyone help i have a few back up pc games and the problem is
after i have load the game and try to start it
it asks for the cd , when i put cd it it say it cant find it
has anyone else had this problem is there any way to fix

Depends on the game, i.e the mode of protection used.

You can download a Nocd Patch and overwrite the main executable.
They can be found at www.gamecopyworld.com

Also, make sure you have CloneCD installed with the try icon option, Hide CD-R Media checked

You only need Hide CDR if the copy is being run from a CDRW drive and also only for copies that use an ATIP check.

Your problem is most likely that you did not copy the CD's correctly, as said a fixed EXE will solve the problem as it will bypass all the CD checks.

how do you fix exe mate any help would be grateful

Download a new EXE hopefully from the link CHR15 was kind enough to provide. Then replace the original EXE.

However if you didn't create the copies yourself and they don't run, then chances are that there is already a fixed EXE on them in a CRACK folder.
