I have been told if the vob rip is smaller than the blank disc i can use ifoedit to fix it so i dont have to encode the video

i use dvddecrypeter to rip the vob and ifo files can some one point me to a page that can help me with making the dvd from the ripped vob files. I found one but it was for a older ver and some of the steps on it where not in the newer ver of ifoedit...
