Please help.......

When I try and open Outlook Express, It comes up with the error:

"Outlook Express could not be started becuase MSOE.dll could not be loaded."

If anyone knows anything about how to fix this, I would be very grateful.

Seen this before, all you can do is de-install Outlook Express (or Office) and re-install. Replacing the corrupt file from another PC doesn't work.

How do you just un-install Outlook express? And just install Outlook express? Or do you have to do the whole of office again?

Are you using Outlook express or outlook? If your using outlook express go to add/remove programs, click on windows setup and then it should be somewhere in there. Just remove it restart and reinstall
