ive read you need to change from fat 32 to ntfs?

im trying to back up a complete dvd to dvdr including extras etc

is this essential to change this, if so how do i do it??


p.s if any 1 can help me back up a dvd then cheers

if the file size id bigger than 4gb then you must have NTFS formatted HD.
FAT 32 does not support files larger than 4gb

also you can only use NTFS if your using windows 2000 or xp

im using xp

can u explain how to change plz.

so before i even attempt to back up a dvd to dvdr i have to do this first??

ypu can back up witout it but you are limited to no more than 4gb file size.
