Lookin' for a cheapish DVD player that is multi-region and can play region 1 (NTSC) dvd's on a PAL only TV.

Any help appreciated !! kasimir the great Oct 28, 2002, 08:58 AM I bought my daughter a Daewoo 3000N - it converts tthe signal both ways at press of a button - ntsc/pal or pal/ntsc. It needs a remaote hack for multi region, or a firmware upgrade for the later models. skyezone Oct 30, 2002, 03:59 AM most LG players support ntsc and pal play back on pal tv's. and i've had one for about a year now and it's 10 time's better then my £349.99 sony player! they also support mp3!
