soner44 Oct 29, 2002, 06:05 PM hi i have used Xiso to extract the files from the iso image and put them in the folders as they were in exact form on to my hdd and then ftp the files over to my xbox. i can see the games on the launcher menu however it freezes on the evo x green logo and wont get passed it. what can i do i have a final enigmah with evo x 1.8. etc please help Soner44 Jaymus Oct 29, 2002, 06:43 PM Soner44 - Do you have a DVD-RW that you can test to see if the extracted ISOs are good? I don't run anything off the HD, so I can't really help you there. All I can say is to burn on a DVD-RW to make sure your files are good and it works off the DVD. soner44 Oct 29, 2002, 07:13 PM I downloaded the rars off a friend who has burnt to a DVD-R and has confirmed that it works. Cal_G_UK Oct 30, 2002, 05:27 AM I am using the final Enigmah also and have done exactly what you done, mine worked perfect so it cant be anything to do with editing the default.xbe, thats only for BETA chips any way. I made a folder on me PC hard drive called houseofthedead3 and extracted the files into that, i then transfered it to the :E\ partition of the xbox hard drive, it was auto added to evox launch menu and booted straight away first time every time. Glad you sorted it, its a good game but sadly it plays extra crap with a pad, am still waiting for a decent gun to surface then i may put some time into it.
