Dont get a c60/62 or c70/72 these have seperate cartridge for each colour, even printrite are 30 a set for these. Also most of new models have chipped cartridges but you can get a set for around a tenner a pair or less. You could be lucky and find an 880 at a computer fair, even though its discontinued.

oops should have said c70/c80, the c6o just has one colour cartridge

£22.05 for a set at www.xsct.co.uk YOU DONT HAVE TO BUY A SET, JUST REPLACE THE COLOUR THATS EMPTY, got to be cheaper than replacing a 3 or 5 colour cart because 1 colour is used up.

No one said you had to replace the whole set at once, but if it costs more for each colour than a 3 colur cartridge how can it be cheaper?, i would rather get 5 complete sets for 20 than one set for 22 any day

depends on the content of each cartridge
