hey i have questions about dvd burners:

here's what i want to do: copy ps2 games, and dvd movies.

what kind of burner should i get?
i don't understand all the different kinds..

to burn dvd movies will i have to do anything special?
to burn ps2 games would i have to do anything special? (i have a chip)

Pioneer 104 is the best m8 but the 105 is out in about 5weeks its the new 4x pioneer

yikes i was looking on pricewatch.. that the one that's $800? i was hoping to get something in the $200-$300 range but i guess they're not ready for regular consumers, yet.

Don't know what exactly you are looking at on pricewatch because the 104 is listed at $238.00 and pre orders for the 105 at $329.00.

k thanks for the help- will a05 burn dvds that can be read by most dvd players?

A05 didnt get a good review ... Sony DRU-500a looks the best deal but it seems to be having a few problems and wont be launched till late November now ... A04 seems the best bet.

don't remember the brand but compusa had one for $299 with like a $50 or $70 rebate on top of that
