when you search for something on a search engine what you have searched is stored and comes up when you use the search engine again. How do you get rid?

Turn Autocomplete off. Open Internet Explorer Then GO TO TOOLS> OPTIONS>CONTENT> PERSONAL INFORMATION AND CLICK ON AUTOCOMPLETE and untick the forms tickbox

Click on the text box where you would enter the text to be searched for.
push the down arrow and all the previously searched word will appears.
scroll down through them using the down arrow.

delete as appropiate. - using delete button.


this works for msn explorer as the suggestion above does not.
