is it possible to watch vcds in the psx,
i know theres a adaptor thats plugs in the back but i maen is there any way to play vcds without the adaptor?

I believe there is an internal mod for vcd playback, but not sure if that's just for PSone or if it supports PSX also....

Basically, no mod (of some kind i.e. adapter) No vcd....

yes there is a MPEG-1 decoder mod chip for PSX,PS1,Dreamcast, and even Sega Saturn
