Hi i have a Final enigmah modded xbox with evo x (the one with evolution x spinning in the backround) i was playing it at home and it was fine. i brought it round my friends house to play. the next day i set it up cos we never had time the same day to play it, and sterted my xbox. everything starts up as normal evo x dash, back up games, origionals, all work absolutly perfect! how ever all 4 control ports no longer work! what may be the reason.?

please any ideas would be greatly apprecited.

Did ya open it to check to make sure nothings come loose?

thats near enough impossible as it hasnt fallen over or been juggled or anything. i dont have the srew driver required (cant remember what it is lol)

is there any thing that could actualy be the problem that can be solved with out opening the Xbox?

Its more than likely the small board that has come loose. Just needs plugging back in place.

The small board has no fuses on it just a control chip and coils.

Ya, open it and check for the connector from contollers to the board.

See those connectors to the ports? Should be two of them. Maybe it's loose. Since you have it open check everything to make sure it's secure.

U need Torx 10 & 20.

I was gonna say set the clock, but you can't....no controller :P.....hmmmm

Unplug everything and replug in, ac cable, a/v cable all controllers, count to 100 and replug everything.

Now pray and power up.
