I am running xp the problem is whenever I start a copy with easy cd it says my destination disc is either full or not large enough to take the source disc this applys to dvdr and dvdrw's I just can't get it to work could anyone please help and advise me to what the problem might be also nero and recordnow max both report errors on the source disc but I know that there is none because they play fine and read fine :confused:

Is your source bigger than 4.37GB? If it is, then that is your problem. 1kb = 1024 bytes

no m8 it wont work on any size disk just tried to backup shifters dvd its only 620 meg but same thing happened oh and yes i forgot to mention its ps2 i am backing up

my first question is were you able to change the settings dma 2 pio? and second i thought you were suppose to use cdrwin with ps2, make an image(don't know the settings) then burn from their.

hi sorry for the late replie yes i change to pio i am using adaptec still its the most reliable one for me at the mo nero reports errors on start of burn but gives me the opshion to start burn or not but most of my problem was my dvd rom/reader
