using the program on panic room and it stopped on 99%, so i tried it a second time and exactly the same thing happened again.

I have searched other posts relating to this problem, but did anyone actually figure out how to resolve this problem?

ive had that problem with my blackadder dvd it stops at 99% and 1 picture frame to go. It doesnt really matter if 1 picture frame is missed at the end nobody can tell, just exit rempeg2 and use the mv2 file as normal

Yes the movie still will work! if you use smart ripper you will see all the chapters at the very end of some have a little 10kb file and this is what rempeg does not like! I just figured this out when ripping extras and not seeing the whole thing...them 10kb files can be anywhere, so i now check each for file size...need more info just ask.
