I was wondering what programme people have used to burn fifa 2002 for the pc? I m8 of mine says that he has been unable to burn it using nero , is this true ? would programme should I use ?

If your burner is supported (http://www.elby.de/CloneCD/english/cdr_a.htm), then you should try to use CloneCD (http://www.elby.de/CloneCD/english/download.htm). You'll get more info on this in the VGB forum though.

It is protected with SafeDisc2, so it depends on what writer you have as well as what software you use.

Nero is not capable of making 1:1 SD2 copies. As said Clone CD is, other programs would include BlindWrite and CD Mate.

Liru is right though, this really does belong in the VGB forum, so I will move it there now.

Your burner may need to be more than just supported by Clone CD. To copy a SD2 CD it needs to support "Correct EFM encoding of regular bit patterns", if it doesn't then you may well be able to get a working copy using the Amplify Weak Sectors option.
