ive checked out other posts and the problem was resolved when max file size is 9000MB, however my settings already had this and i still get the problem!!!

I ripped it using with smartripper, then used rempeg2 but that crashed at 99% so i tried it again and the same thing happened. But i still burnt it (Nero) and now the last 15 mins or so are missing.

Just checked the dvdr 4 panic room and it says 4.37GB

Running XP with fat32.

When i use rempeg2 and i get the 2 files ac3 and m2v the total file size of both seems to increase when its in spruce up!?? Does spruce up add some files??

On a FAT32 partition you can't have a single file 4gig or larger.
