Right, I got the EvoX BIOS from two different sites - both the same file. When I burn it as an image to a CD-R it doesn't read in my PC? Is this normal? If not then can someone please tell me the proper way to burn and use the EvoX dashboard please? Thanks :)

You don't burn the BIOS to the CD-R.

You burn EvoXDash to a DVD-R or CD-RW, most XBox can not read CD-R that's where you are going wrong. I think you meant you burned EvoXDash to CD-R right?

The evolution-x iso you burned is probably one that can only be read by an X-Box drive. Your computer will recognize the disc as being blank or you'll get a message saying the drive is not ready.

Use CDRW dude

try to use cdrw or hook up a PC dvdrom to the xbox and use your already burnt cdr. Personally I hate waiting for cdrw so cdr/added drive is my choice.

Right I've burned the ISO to a CD-RW at 2x, will this be OK? I've got all the instructions and everything. Yes it is the dashboard I'm burning (give me some credit lol), I'll let you know how it goes. Chipping today!
