HI can anyone help
im trying to backup my first dvd-r
and when using primo
i get the message when creating a files into hard drive
completed but with error
can i just burn image onto dvd-r or does this message mean it hasnt created the file correctly and i have to try again
or will it still work anyway
any help would be grateful

I wouldn't burn it if it has an error. Unless you have a DVD-RW, you can test it first.

Do you have the pxengine update for Prassi? Your OS sees your DVD burner correctly right?

Anyhow, get the pxengine update if you can, someone can e-mail it to you, because they took it off Prassi/Veritas' site.
