Just installed a new 2nd hardrive & it appears in device manger but nowhere else so i cant access it.Can anyone help

Did you partition and format the drive?

Same thing happened to me a few months ago, you have to partition and format the drive. If it still doesn't appear on Windows, go to your computer CMos setup and change the user type from auto to user. The size, cyls, head, etc. should appear automatically if not you have have to insert it manually.
