Looking for a working DVD-Rom Drive for XBOX. My little cousing dropped his and now the DVD-Rom will no read anything. Probably misalligned the laser. Is there an easy fix or do I need to find a new one. Any help would be great. Trades for my software are welcom. Got lots of refs.

There is a direct replacement, I think it's the Pioneer 500M or something, there is tutorial on xbox-scene. It takes a little bit of modifications though.

Cool thanks. Does it just show how to tweak the laser or something of that nature. Has any ever messed with something like this that can give me a good tip?
