I have burnt some games but I had to get a mod chip to play.... so what does a no -mod patch do? thanks iplay kyle5077 Nov 18, 2002, 06:43 AM "No-mod" patches do just as they say, they allow people who dont have a mod to boot backups (knife trick, no-sodder mod) Since the TOC of a GS/AR is only so big if a backup passes that limit itll freeze. They just remove some movies or music or what-not to make it fit.
