My old Abit VA6 mobo seems to only take these old style processors - no flip-chip for me. I want to buy a new 1.1GHz P3 in the SECC/SECC2 (242-pin) but I can't find the damn things anywhere. I had hoped to get one at newegg.com (my favorite online shop) but no luck.


Anyone know an online (or offline) US shop where I can find these things at a decent price? TIA :)

Search www.pricewatch.com . I found some PIII 1GHz CPU's there.

yep, all I fund was FCPGA chips, but nothing in SECC/SECC2. :(
