How can we get out of a Canadian cell phone contract if we just now moved to the US? My brother in-law just moved to the US and has a little over a year to go on his cell phone contract in Canada. They won't let him out. I remember that in the US, for rental contracts- if you move out of state because of a new job etc. you are no longer binded by it. I was wondering if anyone knew if there was something similar to get out of these contracts, in particular: Canada. As always, thank you :)
