Hi. I have an Nvidia GeForce 2 MX 100/200 64MB video card. I updated the drivers to the latest ones 40.72. Now my games are running slower, they run a little bit choppy. I have a P4 1.8Ghz, 512MB of Ram. Running Windows XP Home ed. I just downloaded the drivers and installed them. Is there any performance issue if I just install them over the old ones? Or should I uninstall them first, and then install the newer drivers? Or it is practically the same thing?

Try removing the Video card. Go into Device manager, select the video card, remove, then refresh, and then install the new drivers.
