Hiya,
I recemntly installed Zone alarm pro, and everytime i connect to the internet via dial up modem, it pops up saying new network found therefore i have to clcik ok to let it out. BUT! everytime i do click ok, the pc restarts itself then after its done that it says, the sytem has recovered from a serios error, any ideas??? is there anyway u can stop zap from popping up with the network thing?.

I just viewed some techinical info about the error and it said this

WHAT ON EARTH IS THAT??????

Try removing ZA under safe mode and see if your Windows are working agian or not, if yes, try install again, if not, try another firewall.

Well I think za is the best firewall going at the moment, I don't really want to remove it, ive ben hacked alot lately, since i installed za things seemed to quiten down. I also run sygate pro, that dosent detect many scans. Anyone reccomend, a good strong, reliable firewal that dosent annoy you too much with popups and stuff.

While ZA may be the best, if it doesnt work with/crashes your system, its not much use, no matter how good it is.

I asked you to remove it, so this way, we can eliminate and narrow down where the problem is coming from.
