ive tried smartripper, dvd decrypter, clad dvd so far

i insert my dvd - for this insatnce i using panic room - pal - rental version

all i want is just the movie, no extras etc - i know this movie should fit directly to dvd without re encoding.

under input - title 1 = 5761mb, program chain 1, angle 1 = 1.47.22mins
there are 28 chapters

i then go to stream processing and take off others and just leave the one audio source and movie - dumux to extra files.

im not sure why its doing this.
it does it with all films
im running with win xp pro, ntfs, bags of hd space, pioneer a04.

Panic room is too big even after stripping out the crap, It needs to be re-encoded.

Yes, and in the US R1 Panic Room is a "SUPERBIT" movie. Very large.
For the UK, check the sticky on movie sizes. Never assume they will just fit.
