ive reduced a movie size from 6.5 to 4.0gb with tmpeg
the type of file is MPEG - it plays fine in power dvd etc
i imported it to spruce and saved it.
now im unsure on what to do.

ive got prassi and nero
do i burn now
if so, what are the settings i need to enter to produce my dvd backup to play in a standalone player.

Essentially, you need to create a menu, and play button (optional) and link the movie to it.
Set Chapter Points (also optional, but recommended)
Author the DVD Files (Create Title Set in SpruceUp)
Correct Aspect Ratio if 16:9 Movie (using IFOEdit)
Burn Files as a DVD Video in Nero
