My Western Digital WD800 Hard Drive does not work anymore. I do not know whats wrong with it. The orange part that connects to the middle circular part has something that feels like dry glue, but black. Most likely it is a short. Is there any way to fix this? I bought it from newegg about 3 weeks ago. Will I still be able to get a replacement? If so, how. Thanks

And if they don't take it back, Western Digital Has a 3 Year warranty on their drives.

^^^
Incorrect size...you sure?
If it's bigger than 32gb, you need jumpers on LBA
And check your comp to see how it can handle.
And example. If it says 40, and you get 39 or 38gb, that doesn't mean it's wrong, the manufacturer counts their mb different from us.
