can you just do a straight copy or do you have to do an image?

do an image then to disc at 1 speed

Sorry to jump on your post m8 but for some reason I couldn't start a new thread

anyway for all ps2 experts I know that primo is best for backing up ps2 dvd games but after backing up the game if I wanted to back it up again
could I just do a straight disc to disc copy of the backup using something like nero (the way you copy xbox backups)
or would I have use primo again and go through all the same steps
