I'am having problems with the 007 nightfire disk (xbox) m8, it crashes on
the load up screen any ideas?.
I've been reading some forums and people are saying you need a video
selector on the disk, for selecting NTSC anyone had any trouble with yours?
Cheers.......

this may be irrelevent, but my buffy the vampire slayer was always crashing right at the point where it was supposed to load my saved game. it would give me the dirty disk message 100% of the time. then i figured out that if i just let the game just completely do it's thing on startup, in other words, not skip any of the intros, let it show the complete startup demo, etc. and then go to the load game screen, it works flawlessly every time. like i said, this may be useless to you, but maybe it will help.

Makaveli you need to switch the xbox to ntsc and then the game boots fine, i did this by getting a m8 to put the enighma video selector on my xbox h/drive, and it works fine now .....but as plexgod said you need a T.V that supports ntsc or the picture is black and white.....hope this helps...

YES use the video mode cd to switch the xbox to ntsc and then the game boots fine.
but You need a rgb scart lead to get it in colour.
the lead that comes with the x-box is just a compsite lead not a full rgb lead.
if you can play usa games in colour then your tv's ok you just need a rgb scart lead
from game or currrys cost about £10.00
