I`m just having a few problems trying to sort some disks for a friend.

Drive is plextor 40x and i`ve used it with clone in the past so no probs there.

I have followed the guide to the letter, unzip files, transfer to .bin files and burn using cdrwin, the only problem is when the disk has been burnt using 4x and you play the file it just hisses on pc and karaoke player. I really cant work out what i`m doing wrong this time.

The only diffrence to the guide is that the version on cdrwin i`m using does not have the RAW box greyed out perhaps this should be ticked? I`m at a loose end can anyone else perhaps shed some light on what i`m doing wrong please.

or you are using a version of cdrwin with a keygen, when trying to burn CD+G the hissing you hear is one of the symptoms you will get if you are using a keygen, cdrwin recognises the dodgy code even though you might still get good results for audio discs

Many thanks for your help vinniedub, I would never consider using a keygen    but I reckon that information would be very handy for anyone that did.

Thanks a lot
