Sup everybody i have Sony Spressa CDX140E burner and it never done this before. In cdrwin i try to burn an iso, it says on the screen that it is all complete but when i try to open the disk it says that it is corrupt.

This never happened before today and i am thinking that my burner is dyeing. Before i used CDRWIN i used ez cd creator to burn a music cd and it burned fine. I uninstalled the software about 15 times and upgraded with different versions.

When i pull the cd out of the tray, it looks like the burner didn;t even touch it. I thought it could be a lazer problem so i cleaned it and burned another coaster.

Anybody had this before.

I remember some time ago that if you entered a blacklisted serial number CDRWin would intermittently burn coasters, course you've got a full legit copy have'nt you

IT is still doing that.

I downloaded the demo and did it at 1x and still nothing.

So it should work now rite.

It still doesn;t

Yep, demo should work fine.. Looks like the problem lies elsewhere... Try burning the ISO with some different software though.

its a ps2 games, what other software will burn it like CDRwin, I heard that CDRWIN is the best for iso's.

Most software can burn ISO's... Can't see any reason really why CDRWin would be the best.

Use three programs: Nero and Nero and Nero! This is the solution.

Well if we are talking about BIN/CUE's and not ISO files then I have found in the past that Nero is not the best. I have burnt BIN/CUE's with Nero and files on the CD were hard to read or impossible causing problems with installing.

Burn the same BIN/CUE with another program and they worked fine.

This is very important: BIN & CUE with another burning program and ISO with Nero. I have take note!

Update

Had to resort to the first way i would burn those ps2 bins.

Convert the Bin to an ISO and then burn in CDRWIN.

IF this works why wont it work normally when i load from the que file and i have tried this with 3 games with the same result.

Everyone's different.. I burn cue/bin files with cdrwin demo and waste about 4 cds for one game, burned it with Nero and it worked like a charm... but I heard some pleople had the problem the other way around, so try them all or both and stick with what works best for you.
