ok i know it is possible to encode a movie file size to make it smaller to fit to dvdr and that means less quality, right? but is there a way to enocde a movie file to better quality if it is bad quality already? i would really appreciate any help:tup: :tdown: :tup:

Once quality is gone it is gone. You could run filters to clean up noise, etc. but that is about it.
