Could anyone offer any advice please.
I am trying to print out a CD label using Nero Cover Designer with no luck at all.
I and specifically trying to enter a "User Defined Stock" label as my "Print It" labels are not listed.
It seems that no matter what I try, the settings are not transferred to the printer or retained within the program.
I have tryed using different labels templates from the list that are obviously in the wrong paper position (Top Central), but all I get is the same print position (Top L/H corner). Even the same cross-hair position remains the same after altering the Printer Calibration settings.
I have contacted Ahead for the user guide, which they kindly mailed back, but it does not cover setting up "User defined Stock".
Although this is is the first time I have used Cover Design in v. 5.599 I have gone back to installing v 5.582, plus the last 4 updates and still no luck.
Your thoughts would be appreciated.
