is there a site that would help me do a back up of 1 of my dvds, what i would like is how to do this.

i can ripp it ok with Smartripper, what program do i need now,i think its ReMpeg2, but mow do i use this. i have most of the copying programs, but nero 5 come with my dvd writer.

Sometime's ReMpeg is not needed.. If you have a lot of extra's on the disc you may be able to have the dvd play the movie only. Or you may even be able to stip the different languages out also ... Then it would almost definately fit on a disc..

You only need rempeg to compress the video size. (Obviously this will reduce the quality of your movie)

If you strip all languages and extra's and still doesnt fit ... I sugggest a split!
