I am using win98 and a newer cdrw with the overflow buffer (no coasters)
I want to know which program to use to copy cd+g cds? and where to get it from and if there are any tutorials on performing the task of copying cd+g cds? I am notnew to computers.. I build and repair them. Just new to copying cd+g cds... any help would be greatly appreciated... thanks:)

www.karaokeplayground.co.uk and go to the help pages. Before we can help you here we need to know what software you have, keygen or not, what cdwriter and model of it, that you have and do you want compilations or straight disc to disc. Thats all, lol.

Ok I have the program.. CDRWIN and CopyCD and have read a little about copying.. I must say I run a cracking channel in Dalnet and I give more help with newbies.. and less vauge answers.. I don't want anyone to hold my hand as it were through this.. but .. it seems as though this is a taboo subject? I don't know.. or no one much looks at these to help out with? I feel as though I have more tools at hand than ever before. thanks for that.. Derriek

Ok thanks wizdreaming I have serialized it so its fully functional
NOT the same thing as a fully working version of cdrwin. In what way have you 'serialiSed' it mate? A fully working version of cdrwin WILL do CD+G, whereas a version which is NOT fully working will give perfect audio or 'white noise' and NO GRAPHICS.............If you are only interested in shortcuts or incomplete answers..........continue posting as you are ..........if you would like the FULL MONTY on how to copy or compile CD+G, read the sticky's here and @ karaokeplayground, if you are still unsure as to how to continue.......ask politely and without referal to you're own site where NOBODY HAS A CLUE HOW TO DO THIS!

Hmm in answer to your post yes the CDRWIN in fully functional....as to my referal it was just to show a point that if any one comes to my channel and asks to learn there and I say yes I am there to answer all thier questions in a simplified way as possible knowing that they are just learning. It was not to be impolite? If you feel that was the case you were saddly mistaken.
I am here to learn nto to bicker or argue.. for I am sure at one ytime you ahd to do the same? Thanks Derriek

I have to agree with vinniedub, Derriek. I only asked you to put the essential bits of info so we could help you. Your reply seemed to be a bit sarky, seems I am not the only one to interpret it that way, but we still have an interest in helping but have you read the playground instuctions< help those who help themselves.

Derriek, all the programs are in the playground help pages, complete with links to them. I know it is hard at first then, suddenly, it all becomes clear. If you need any more help then ask, we havent gotten as tetchy as you seem to have gotten, so chill, and persevere. Just do as suggested and read the help pages, we can do no more until you do, honest.

It's not rocket science mate, the answers are right in front of your nose......
you have already stated that you are not new to computers...... just new to CD+G........in fact you have your own channel, yet you are only looking for shortcuts! WTF! don't be so effin lazy!
