Need a little help with my printer,just bought it and i can't get it to find the printer through the USB port and when it does decide to find a port it finds the ltp 1 port but the printer is only USB,also tried it on wife's laptop and it does the same.
Is it the printer or is it the USB lead that is at fault.
anyone got any advice

Have you installed the drivers that were included with it?

Yep tried that,thats where i'm haveing the prob its not detecting the printer when its plugged into the USB port.
The printer works cos ive installed the catridges but when i go to word and try and print it says can not find printer make sure its pluged in or cable is connected.and like i said above it does the same on the laptop.
so im stuck :(
