Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, about the closest I can find..

I've just upgraded my Nochex account to a ' Seller ' account so I can have more than £90 in there.. BUT, I can't seem to send any money out from the actual account!!! Grrr..
It keeps coming up with a error message stating that I can't send more money than I've received. I got a Nochex of £80 this morning sent to me and I've just tried to send £15 of that back out but it wouldn't let me.. What am I doing wrong? or do I not understand something simple??
Getting sick of it costing me 99p to send from my bank account when I have nearly £100 sat in my account.. Doing my head in. Any ideas?!?!?!
