just found a site and they are advertising a geforce 4 ti4200 garphics card for £1.16!! (must be a mistake) (total cost with p+p is about 16 quid!!. so i placed my order .

will they have to sell me the card at this price??

Checkout there t&c's to see of they have any disclaimers regarding E&O, there have been cases of companies posting incorrect prices and having to honour them but maybe the laws have changed since then in favour of the seller....

this was the company . i orderd mine via credit card and they did send me an email saying my order has been placed.

fingers crossed eh! but i doubt very much if they will send me it :(

To sell u at that price it must have advertised as such, publically.
a low figure on a website is probably a decimal misplacement error.
they can state this in any legal move as the difference is significant.
but if it were small, then later highed, you could take them to court.
