well, it's best to have evox installed on your hdd.
tho you can boot to evox on cdrw, then swap for original game and copy everything from the d: drive (dvd) to your computer via FlashFXP.
Then burn to DVD-R using stomp or prassi. recording options: disc at once - closed, udf file system - 128
if your pc has a big hdd you can leave your games dumped there and ftp them to your xbox when you want to play them. this method is what i recommend for people who can't afford a dvd-rw.
just to be on the safe side, i back everything up onto disc.
the tutorials at www.xbox-scene.com is what you need to look into if you're a newbie fa sure!!
good luck lad!!
Pioneer DVR-104
4 xbox's w/Matrix Mods
1 xbox w/Excuter 1 Mod
1 xbox w/EnigmahX Flashed TSOP
1 ps2 w/R-Mod
1 black gamecube
1 gameboy advance w/flash-link and 64mb flash card
1 saturn w/21 pin mod
2 dreamcasts
and the list keeps growing!!
going to get my xbox live starter kit now, but i refuse to play on live. i love bootlegging my own games and i refuse to pay $53.50 a game. hell, i don't even like getting charged $6.41 from blockbusters but it sure beets the heck out of irc, no que time!! lol
just getting the kit for the headset. see you on xbconnect, unreal championship rocks!!
have a headset so i can bust your chops!!!!!
peace

Just get a matrix or xecuter II, most XBox games are DVD-R. If you do some reading first on the FAQ or xbox-scene. You'll get a better understanding. The same questions gets asked on the forum 50 times, so sometimes that's why some don't get answered, as they have been asked million times.
Search, search. Do some research for yourself first.
