HI have a systems with XP home installed presented with - restart on shutdown problem- found INCD4 had been installed and MS Technet indciates this as cause of problem. Removed INcd and EASYCD Creator4 as per MS Tech note now CD rom is not recognised by windows XP- (nor are any others I try - CDR is fine in other systems and can be read from a W98 boot disk-

MUst be some reg entry left by INCD or EASY CD creator - any suggestions or experience - clean reload may only option ( have tried repair)
