I've just got my X-BOX & just finished setup my new XBOX-LIVE account on the Internet. I also given my credit card # & my personal information during sign in. Then I played a few online games.
But I'm gonna install a MODCHIP & a bigger harddrive to my XBOX next week. So my question is will I still be able to sign-in & play XBOX LIVE with my new MODCHIP & new harddrive? If not, what should I do to make it work?
Can I redo the new account setup once again?
Do I have to enter my credit card # & personal info. once again?
Can I just transfer the files regarding my account info. from the old harddrive to the new Harddrive?

At this moment there is no way of playing on xbox live if you chip your xbox!

Yes there is a way.

First of all, you can't fit a hard drive if you still wanna play Live.

But if you dont install a new hard drive, there is a way; fit a switch.

There are guides all over the web on how to do this, tell me your modchip and I might be able to find you one, But if you change anything apart from the modchip (i.e. fitting a new hard drive) you cant fit a switch, and therefore you get banned from live next time you play.

You have to install a modchip that can boot both dash evoxdash.xbe and xboxdash.xbe.

lock the new harddrive.

put the original xboxdash.xbe on the new hd's c:.
turn the xbox on with the eject button put the original game in the xbox and happy live gaming.

Just make sure to disable the mod chip before you log onto Live! or you're screwed.
