what is enigmah videomode switchdisc?

is this something you find on xbox's that have the enigmah chip?

hi no this is downloaded of the net if you have got a pal
or ntsc xbox and u want to run a xbox game that is pal
on a ntsc box
u simply load this up and it changes the format for it to run fine
same with if u have a pal xbox and want to run ntsc games
u simple change it to ntsc format and it works fine
u can download this of some of the well know sites

How do i burn this onto a diskafter downloading ?.

Hi m8, if you can your best to put it on the HD m8 nice n easy or you can burn it to a cdrw or dvdr if you wish and run it from their.

just burn all the files onto a disc m8.

I found if i ran it from the hard drive it fooked with my evox, i have no idea why it does this but i remember something ages ago that said it couldnt be ran from HDD, i have no idea why?

Burned to a CDRW it works perfect, it was only last night that i had to use it to play 007 nightfire, not a bad game aswell :)

What does this actually patch?
I'm asking as I want to know if I'll be able to patch my PAL xbox to NTSC and then back to PAL afterwards and still use xbox live.

I know you're not meant to change anything for live, but I wondered if you change modes & then switch back afterwards, whether MS could tell that you had changed the mode previously..

You can go between pal and ntsc as much as you want m8 and it wont affect your xblive, i run mine from the HD with no probs also ;)
