Hey guys when adjusting the laser is it the same as the cd because it says its for 1100 ohms for the dvd laser? do i do that for the cd
laser too? adjust it to 1100 ohms too?

dont ouch ur dvd pot or it will **** it! 600 is good for the cd pot which u can safely adjust!

You do not want to mess with the dvd pot. It is set to it's optimum calibration. If you are having problems reading dvd games or movies I suggest you let a pro take a look at it or have the laser assembly replaced with a new one.

Just don't touch it, Slightly changing it and you can use you PS2 as a paper weight. Unless you know the "exact" setting that it was on.

If cdr reads right now leave it alone. If you are having problems reading cdr 600 is good for the cd pot (between 600 and 800). No more , no less.
