As it sez above, they were working, as far as i can see, nothing has changed, Properties on both drives show Autostart enabled, Got me stumped, any help would be great.

Are you using any cd burning softies like Nero? Those programs don't like the Autorun function.

I did have Nero on the PC, have removed it, but nothing has changed, the mouse doesn't even change to the hour glass to show something is happening. I also had Nero on the PC when it was working, just thought i'd say.

After removing Nero, you might need to enable Autorun again from Control Panel -> System -> Device Manager -> CDROM -> Your Device -> Properties -> Settings.
