i have tried to install warcraft3 that i got from direct connect on my comp. running win98. for some reason it would not accept the war3 .exe crack to play without the cd. any thoughts ?

Do you have a point?? He may have downloaded it to replace his original copy that broke. At least I assume that is the case. I am quite sure that no one around here would ever download something that they didn't own.
