quick question.

it doesnt look like the pic when i ordered it. in fact is pretty ugly but nero + clone etc report it as pioneer. no writing on front but only the indented dvd logo.

does have sticker on top though, which say pioneer in small letters somewhere on it. and the pioneer is nearly white with mine that gross beige/cream color.

whats the story plz?? was i robbed?

:)

Never trust the colors on a web page to be accurate. Sounds like the real deal to me, with windows showing it as a Pioneer. You can always paint the front bezel.

sounds like an OEM drive.......unbadged, That's what you ordered right. No fancy pioneer box or extras, just the drive. It's still a pioneer m8.

If it is Cendyne then it is OEM.

Also, if it is a cendyne, there is a good chance it's a 103, and not a 104.
