How Can Convert Movies To vcd so I Can Play Them On DVD Player Thorugh TV. and how do i burn them and what programs i have to use.

Well the method would depend on what format you are converting from, although they are all essentially the same, encode to VCD complient MPEG1, then author possibly adding chapters, menu, etc. lastly burn.

TMPGEnc can convert most formats to VCD complient mpg's and Nero can author and burn. Well ok, Nero can convert to, but I would not recommend it.
